I recently read an article talking about the Dalai Lama's recommendations for how we should structure education. In the piece he talks about an education of the heart, along-side the education of the mind. Without heart what are we? I took a lot from this piece, and thinking about how my wife and I educate our children. It's well worth considering how you educate yours, and how society educates us all. Perhaps we can build a better world if we focus on teachings those within it how to think about their relationships with each other and the world around us.
